This policy explains what information Intesara collects, why it is used, how it is protected and shared, how long it may be retained, and what privacy choices may be available to you.

Account information: name, email address, and organization details you provide during onboarding.

Workspace data: the companies, contacts, signals, and opportunities you research and save within your organization.

Usage and audit data: product interactions, feature usage, device and session information, IP address, user agent, legal-document versions, timestamps and affirmative acceptance evidence reasonably necessary to secure the Service and prove agreement.

We use your information to provide and improve the service, generate AI Sales Profiles and prospect recommendations, secure the platform, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

We share data only with service providers who help us operate Intesara (such as infrastructure and analytics), under contracts that protect your data, and when required by law. Workspace data is scoped to your organization and is not shared across customers.

We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. Despite these measures, no system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time.
