These Terms govern access to and use of Intesara, including accounts, subscriptions, platform responsibilities, intellectual property, acceptable use, disclaimers, and termination.

By creating an account or using Intesara, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it current.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. Intelligence Credits are allocated per billing cycle and do not roll over. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; changes take effect at the next cycle unless stated otherwise.

You agree to use Intesara only for lawful purposes and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or access data that does not belong to your organization.

Intesara and its content are owned by Intesara and protected by intellectual property laws. Your workspace data remains yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to provide the service.

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that prospect recommendations, contact information, or signals will be accurate, complete, or current. You are responsible for verifying data before acting on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intesara is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or create risk for us or other users.
